As Sales/Office Manager at DataTel 360 for the last 2+ decades, Marsie Johnson communicates client needs to our technicians, embracing DataTel 360's advanced ticket system and provides customer service, cloud phone programming among other responsibilities. Her time is spread between new and existing sales, service of Datatel 360’s many longtime customers and the promotion of over 60 different circuit carriers. These carriers provide fiber and coax internet, SIP trunking or what some refer to as “VoIP,” partnering with over a dozen cloud/hosted phone solution providers as well as analog, T1’s and PRI’s. Her positive attitude and ability to work efficiently make her a valuable asset to both our customers and the Datatel 360 team.

When she is not contributing to the D360, she enjoys cooking and baking for her friends and family, caring for her many pets and spending time with her two grown daughters, grandchildren and husband of 33 years.
